Hey Lex, next time you’re in Tampa Bay Area, stop by Derby Lane in St Petersburg! A great city in general to spend a day downtown or at the beach, but the action there is great! I personally play the 1/3 there, but I’ve heard the 1/3/6 is great.
This happened to me once when I was taking pictures of a accident location and the guy came out of the store and started screaming at me for taking pictures of his car. I explained that I wasn't but he was still agitated bc apparently the store clerk told him we were trying to steal his car.
I've started really studying poker and realizing that after you raise, and the flop is paired, your opponent gets and you call and the board double pairs and now he checks. this is what I consider a polarized check, meaning he has a 9/10 or a complete bluff. he checks the turn to try and let you catch up.
That card room is like 20 minutes from my house. Never played there. It used to be a movie theater when I was a kid. I remember seeing Star Wars Episode 1 there. When I was leaving this random old guy was yelling at me for bootleg camcordering the movie. Must have been the same dude.

I gained more equity on the turn for double gutted with flush draw. And Jack was alive too. I jammed for $450, not $350. 😅 I clicked back on the flop to see if he had a real hand or just a Cbet with AK AQ AJ or smaller pocket pair
