It’s about over development. Builders have been responsible for destroying plenty of habitats for native species. This particular sight has become home to endangered species. Over development can also be linked to creating environmental dangers throughout the several counties throughout the US. They price locals out of buying homes. There’s countless reasons why people can call a developer greedy. You’re either naive or flagrantly obtuse to the situations they create only for turning profits and keeping themselves wealthy.
Really? these companies are funded by Hedge fund groups, few millionaires buying up All-Pieces-of -Land so regular folks won't have any place left to live that isn't owned.. sure just let them buy up everything
The developers are from other countries. what do you think their plans are ? They don't give up they do fly overs and find property that is next to our infrastructure, it makes me nervous.
