Great video Nicola. Isn't it wonderful to have friends that stitch such beautiful things as gifts? Love the lilac color travel case. So beautiful. I have the french navy travel case which I use constantly. Safe travels to Nashville. See you in a fortnight!!
Louisa Coulimore was great and is my only Bristol I have stitched. I did her in Navy Silk on Steel Blue linen by XJudesign which you introduced me too! ❤❤
that sweet Bertie Boo - he loves his mummy so much. What a darling companion he's been. Thanks for showing the new case colors and shapes. We do love our tools and toys don't we! Love your pullover , must be cold there - it looks very warm and cozy.
Lovely catch up today. Wonderful gifts from Linda. Both are gorgeous and great additions to your red sampler room. I am working on Brigida Vezzoli and am loving every stitch. Safe travels to Nashville! Hugs to you!
Hi Nicola, what a nice gift from Linda to you. I don’t use the word fortnight however I do read books and I know what it means. The lavender boxes look very nice. Have a great visit in Nashville and a great week.
Love the video. Happy Belated Birthday. I know you had a wonderful one. How lucky to have a sweet friend like Linda the two red samplers are wonderful. Enjoy your time in Nashville will Linda be with you. See you in a “fortnight”. Cherie
Hello I have never made a pot holder. I think if I were to make one I would use cotton top and bottom and include a heat resistant wadding in between. It might be better to ask someone who is experienced in making them.
Happy (belated) birthday! I really like the wool sweaters you wear in the latest video, they are very pretty and I used to wear those in the 80s. Your samplers are so many that I missed Cecily. Is there a giraffe there? It's a beautiful sampler and I particularly like the colors of the alphabet. Louisa Coulimore is a wonderful gift. I really like the design and the fabric used. I am also eyeing Maria Vincenza Laricchia and, being itaian, I like to stitch that, if only I could live 200 years! I have all the WOW box pattern to do yet... I wish you and your friends a happy and safe travel to Tennessee, see you in a fortnight!
I always look forward to your Flosstube videos. Can you tell me where the Winterbury cases are manufactured? The listing on Hobby House Needleworks doesn’t state this. Thanks!
Lovely video. Will you be selling those beautiful cases as postage now from USA is rather high now. I would love to fit in your suitcase so I could go to Nashville too …
