There is no way I would be doing a stockinette beanie in fingering weight if it weren't for your projects, but here I am and what a great way to use up the one off hand dye skeins in my stash, so thank you! OMG! I now have the sweetest picture in my head of you and Daniel in your 90's at the yarn store so he can pick out the yarn for his new hat! Yes please! And staying positive is the best thing you can do for yourself, your son, and your family. You can feel absolutely positive that you already have a son that you love with all your being. That's the best thing in the world. (Until they turn into teenagers, but that comes later. LOL) Best wishes!
Hahaha I swear that will be us. He seriously loves them and I couldn’t adore that more. I appreciate that they are getting used to death LOL. Thank you so much for your positivity. I definitely try my best to stay hopeful. We can’t change what’s happening we can only control how we feel about it.
@@TheSeattleStitcher Our intentions are so very important for so many reasons, from how we react to a current situation to the karma that we will experience at an undetermined later time. I find that during times of great challenges, it often requires more focus to smile and show love than to succumb to the dregs, and by concentrating on staying positive I avoid most of the darkness. Lots of sage advice out there, including mine. But ultimately if you hold onto the love, it's worth whatever it costs us.

I stitched the suffragette pattern and gave it to my daughter. My pattern was given to a friend. I enjoyed stitching it. My grandmother (who my daughter is named for) was a suffragette. It took me longer than you. Loved it I am stitching I Heard the Bells by Heartstring Samples.

Hi, Megan! Loved seeing your progress, I was finishing up Christmas in my Heart by Samplers Not Forgotten as I watched you today. That is a goal for a finish in January -- Only 1 more day! I think I will make it. I wanted you to know I am praying for you you, your family and your precious son. I so admire your determination to stay positive and be present for your pregnancy and your son, so that you don;t let worry rob you of the joy along the way . When I was pregnant with my son, they found something in the early ultrasound which could have boded very badly for him , as well. We were unsure until he was born, although a late term ultrasound gave some hope that he would not have the most difficult outcome. He was born healthy, no issues to our joy and surprise. It can happen,. At at any rate, I pray for you to enjoy every moment with your precious son

Beautiful finishes! I cast on a hat and am knitting the ribbing. Just finished binding off the Aurora cabin shawl by Stephen west. Sundays are knitting days.
Lovely projects again. I remember those last few weeks of pregnancy, and it is hard 😅 to sleep, to move, etc. My second dropped low so early but waited until we were past due date to make an appearance. Keep strong and positive. You're in my thoughts and hope you can take it as easy as you can (tough with another kid and work).
Take the opportunity to rest as much as you can. Your stitching can help with that as well. I worked on my one over one piece from PNPS. Keeping you in my thoughts.
I am working up to my due date but man am I feeling it. I only have a few weeks left and I am so tired. I definitely hope to take it easier the next couple weeks. Minus Amira’s birthday plans and her other events but you know how that mom life goes!
I really enjoy seeing you in every flosstube. I think you did a lot of stitching all together over all of those projects and you can feel proud that you managed all of that along with the rest of your life responsibilities. Your matching hats look great, too. I am trying to get started on An Old Irish Blessing for my SIL and struggling to convert from silk gauze (what the pattern calls for) single strand and continental stitch to 25 or 28 count fabric . I am going to try to find a needlework store in my area and hope someone there can help. 😊
I would actually be a mess if I was pregnant in my 40s, I was so tired from life then plus I’d probably put a baby down and forget where I left it! I hope you get some rest before your deliver, and that you feel at peace. Xx take care, Nic

current crafty projects: stash down acrylic yarn by granny squares, crochet shawl for the state fair, cabled cowl knitting, patterned socks on DPNs. i also signed up for a quilting class and i have a craft goal to learn color work and brioche for knitting in 2024.

I literately had to stop your video and go buy my first dinky dye! Your finish is amazing! Are you stitching a birth sampler for the baby? I don’t see many patterns for babies. My first baby was a precious moments baby announcement. Ha! Saying continual prayers for our boy and your family!
No birth sampler. Unfortunately I am pregnant with baby that could be still born due to a very rare brain cyst that only 1%-2 of babies have. We are super optimistic because blood work is looking good but anyway I decided not to do a birth sampler. I’ll keep my stitching as my peace. 🤍🤍🤍

I’m working on “The little brown bat”. Speaking from a referral agents point of view. It is better for you to call them as we usually put the people who call first as well as the emergency cases. You get so many referrals people get pushed to the back burner and a lot of people don’t even want the referral the doctor sends. So I hope they can get you in and just know that whatever the outcome you are amazing and that baby is grateful to have a mommy that loves him so much. ❤

Omg you’re just too kind to me. I would love some yarn. Honestly anything you like I would try. I know you, like myself love colorwork so I trust you! Plus you know I love wooly wool haha. Not everyone in the states does. I tell people it’s my Norwegian blood holding on strong and that’s why I don’t think it’s itchy 🤣🤣🤣. I can’t imagine having 5! You amaze me. I definitely am feeling all sorts of ways knowing this will be my last baby. Hoping and praying he is healthy and that I get to enjoy life as he grows up with Amira.
