Thank you for your question. When measuring ROS using FACS, the generation of active oxygen is measured based on the degree of peak movement compared to the control group. The FACS itself converts the value and displays the information. If the peak compared to the control group moves to the right, it is judged to be an increase in ROS, and if the peak compared to the control group moves to the left, it is judged to be a decrease in ROS.
