@maxwellguido353 5 лет назад
@@jaymoralucifer You're definitely right about him not saying that due to him being hurt.. but I don't think Augustus being awkward wasn't the reason he said that. Going into that fight, Augustus' record was 22-16-4 .. while Floyd's was 23-0-0. If you watch the fight, Mayweather was laying BOMBS on him with CLEAN FLUSH shots from both his jabs AND straight right hands. I havea feeling that Augustus was one of the first fights Mayweather had where his opponent was able to eat his shots and still be able to touch him

@MrMaccntosh7up 7 лет назад
TheJonesie09 Mosely & Chop Chop Corley. Corley could've KO'd him with that one shot but he has a great chin & he was in phenomenal shape. The 1st Mosely punch caught him off guard with his hand down, but he grabbed his arm immediately to stop the follow up (smartest thing I've ever seen a fighter do when hurt). He was still buzzed when the 2nd punch hit him in the temple. He should've been moving till he cleared his cobwebs but he's a fighter & chose fight instead of flight.

BS, Floyd's first fight with Castillo, the vast majority of fans think Castillo won that fight. The good fighters though that tested Floyd, he won't give any credit to or let on like they tested him. Then he talks this shit like "I whooped Oscar's ass" meanwhile Floyd's own corner had to tell him "don't worry Floyd, we will get him later in the fight" and went on to beat Oscar literally by ONE round on one judges card. Had that judge gave one more round to oscar it would have been a draw! The thing about Floyd is, he's been VERY lucky. Alot of the great fighters have been robbed but he never was and there were a few fights that could have went the other way quite easily (castillo, Oscar, Maidana 1)
@omegasquad868
@omegasquad868 7 лет назад
I add this one.... in the boxing world a challenger cant be the champion in a split decision a challenger has thoroughly beat the champion or at least knock him down which mayflower did not do either and if any of you guys in this discussion have ever fought or been cornermen you would know that in the fighters meeting before the actual fight the ref tells everybody if YOUR coner enters the ring or even jumps up on the ring apron before the round is over its an AUTOMATIC DQ so that being said when mayflower was fighting Judah Roger mayflower not only gets up on the ring apron but enters the ring and approaches Judah after the low blow so where is the DQ and why has the so called experts ever talked about that? Ill tell you why..........MONEY its all about the MONEY

je'DUTT That's Pretty accurate..I would say Mosley hurt him the WORST but Then he Walked him down and beat him at his own game pretty convincingly Almost knocked him out late Mosley was just holding on in the end one of his most lopsided wins ACTUALLY in terms of rounds won.Maidana gave him his toughest match without question wether people want to admit or not..Cotto roughed em up bloodied his nose But Dell Hoya gave him his biggest challenge style wise.he was losing on all judges cards after 9 rounds had no answer for Oscars jab but Oscar gassed and he too almost got knocked out late..So How u rate Oscar.Maidana and Cotto I don't care 1-3 in whatever order Mosley hit him the hardest but then lost 10 rounds in a row.wasnt a tough fight and I was rooting for Mosley I know.

I know what exactly what fight Mayweather is referring to when he said he felt tired but it wasn't the 3rd round it was actually after the 1st Round of his first bout with Maidana. After the 1st round he went to the corner and said to his dad "I feel tired". If you guys remember that was a very good round for Maidana he was really working Mayweather and had him on the ropes. Mr Dark Floyd could only go 12 rounds, he didn't want anymore of Maidana, he was about to go down when Maidana 'bit' Mayweather's hand in round 7 or 8. He had taken a few heavy punches during those 12 rounds, and he also got wacked to the body a few times, Maidana gassed out Floyd.

The 1st Jose castillo fight..Mayweather clearly lost man. That is the main fight that as clear as day, all the top analysts say that Floyd lost that fight, but the fight was still given to him. The 2nd fight, he dominated Castillo..but the 1st fight, Castillo beat him. But as we know, thats how it goes in boxing..especially when Mayweather was being positioned to be the face of boxing.

Shawn Williams he wasnt being positioned at that time. He was still with HBO and under contract with bob arum and hbo. As soon as he left them floyd positioned himself as p4p #1 for over a decade
@fithealth247
@fithealth247 7 лет назад
Ummm no..I am not a fake account...maybe you are. I am emphasizing the fact that Mayweather by many boxing analyst did lose the 1st fight to Castillo and I thought he clearly lost that fight. People catching a heart attack because I said he was being positioned to being the face of boxing. Yeah theoretically he wasnt positioned right away until he left HBO...and then had to beat Hoya and Gotti to then become the A side which was reiterated by Floyd himself. But everyone knew, common sense wise, that Mayweather was going to be the face of boxing with his rare talent skill set. Everyone knew he was this young gifted boxer coming out of the olympics and into the pro ranks. So that was a given. And 2ndly, why the heck does someone need to put a picture up just to comment on youtube videos? Im not on youtube to share pics..maybe you are...but im not. I can care less about having some profile pic. I mean who the heck needs a pic just to comment on some youtube sports video? :/ cmon now..give me a break smh. And I dont see some of the people commenting on this video have any profile pics up either. If you want to put some little "avatar" pic up..hey thats you..no one cares. No one cares who has a picture up on their profile or not....smh smh smh :/ :/ :/ :/

I find it hilarious when people can’t truly talk shit about Floyd’s career so they take jabs at the tiny things like who hit him the hardest or who was his toughest fight and in their pathetic mind, they think to themselves Mayweather isn’t that good because this person was a thought fight for him or hit him with some good shots and that’s literally all they can say bad about him. The man is the GOAT in the history of boxing and that is a fact, there is no denying that I don’t care how brain dead someone is, it’s a fact.
