Yes it can be solved but needs simplification first. Also, some old scientific calculators do not have the option to solve equations.

Mam 13.6 is density of mercury or specific gravity of mercury........if that is density so why u again take water density just after taking 13.6 as mercury's density...........that's I don't understand.....plz reply

13.6 is the specific gravity of mercury... Density of mercury = specific gravity of mercury x density of water

Force = mass x Acc Newton = kg x Acc due to gravity Newton = kg x 9.81
