Skagit casting for trout is quickly gaining in popularity. Every year we see more and more people picking up spey rods to fish for trout. There is nothing more exciting than the anticipation of catching a fish on the swung fly!
Every year we are proud to share the wonderful technique of spey fishing for trout by teaching our guests the two-handed style. We are lucky enough to be a part of a lot of firsts as people discover spey and skagit casting and often times, catch their first fish on a spey rod.
Cooper Landing Fishing Guide, LLC is located in Cooper Landing Alaska and we are certified Kenai River Fishing Guides on the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers fishing for both trout and salmon. We spey fish for trout and salmon and can't get enough of it!
