The FlyBird adjustable bench is one of the highest rated and one of the most rated bench on Amazon. After a year of using this bench with various clients, and using it for a variety of exercises, I've came to the conclusion that this is by far one of the worst adjustable benches I've ever used. Check out why.

I have this bench myself and this video does not do justice. 1. the wide seat is for you to be able to rest your legs when you use the decline option. ALL FID (flat, incline, decline) benches no matter the price are designed that way. 2. Yes the rubber caps can get loose once a month, just dont drag it, lift it, when you are using it does not move. Of course, it is better a flat feet bench but the costs increase and then it wouldn't be an under 200 dollars bench. The height is 20 inches but you can do any excercise regardless of the couple extra inches. To lower the height and still have the adjustability they will have to increase the gauge of the steel and that affects the cost. I could mention other things but it is already too long. Bottom line it is not the best bench but for the price it is great value. This is for the people that don't lift heavy or that can't wait to have 300 to 1000 dollars for a bench and they just want to train. Comparing this cheap well made bench with features that only expensive benches have is not fair. By the way this bench really holds the weight it says it holds regarless of the price. Good review video. Not hating, just sharing my thoughts. Keep it up Vita Cors. By the way regarding the staples, I have had mine for more than 2 years, use it everyday and at least 3 days a week I have friends coming over and we lift heavy dumbells and bench over 175lbs and it does not look nearly as beat up as yours.

I don’t know I’ve had this bench for about two years and once you get used to the height it is a very good bench. I’m 5’8 (175lbs) and use 70-80lbs powerblocks for dumbbell press with zero issues.

I completely agree with you!!! I myself own a flybird bench and at 5’6” it’s a pain in the a$$ to really even do anything on this bench

Get a RepFitness, Titan Strength, Rogue, or Hammer Strength. Getting a cheap bench could get you seriously injured or killed.

What do you recommend then

If you're looking for just to do exercises in an incline position, then get a flat bench and use a box to put underneath one side. If you want an adjustable bench, I recommend looking at some made by Rep Fitness. They also offer free shipping is a big plus as these things often weigh ~50 lbs.

They've changed the height ... I just got one and it's much lower to the ground now.

As a 6''5' guy you're actually really selling this bunch to me to be honest. I've been scoring the internet for 3 parameters: Length - I'm 6''5' it needs to be long. Folds Flat - Don't care how tall it is when folded but I'd like it flat. Back Extension feasibility - Again the length and height seem to make this possible.

Haha just secure the legs so it doesn't roll on you.

You get what you pay for. Save your money & get a real bench but, if that's all you can afford better than nothing just don't go heavy on your weights.

I hear that. I don't particularly use the incline often. So, if I could get it done with something cheaper, that'd be awesome. However, this bench just didn't cut it for me. It may suit someone else just fine.

You workout? Just started? You have no guns and so on

Easy with the judgement. Not everybody is chasing after that bodybuilding look. Not everybody can put down $700 for a nice bench. If we could find something that's affordable and get the job done, then why not.

@@vitacors Judgement? It was an observation. I paid 149 for my FLYBIRD Weight Bench. And I think it's a good bench. I would rather have the rogue bench but it's 6 or 7 hundred dollars
