I am so greatful for Focal. What an incredible lineup that they have. I am about to surprise my Dad with the Utopia 2022's tomorrow to help him enjoy his music with severe Meniere's disease. I think it is going to work!

If you can afford, pair it with a Astell Kern SP3000. For me this is a new dimension of music, highly enjoyable

How do you guys think the tuning compares to the LCD-5? Is it more treble forward as opposed to being mid forward like the Audeze?

I have several pairs of Focal’s cans. The Clear Mg’s are a little more boosted in the low mids and are darker to my ears compared to the Audezes, mostly cause they dip in the upper mids a little. I heard the Utopias punch hard..my Stellias punch harder than the LCD-5. I might buy them for that feature alone.

I have the Clear MG Pro……awesome, now i’ve very intrigued. I was hoping it wasn’t just a more technical version of the same sound signature of the MG. :)

I just bought the OG Utopia which is reduced in price now because of the new one; I love it 😅But do you think the differences are substantial enough that people should think twice about buying old utopia vs new?

thing is overall cost should be doubled at least, while a12t system can be had at 18t cost maybe it is your question actually, still yes

Focal's customer service is nearly not fantastic. Once i've written email to them with the question - and it takes about a month for them to reply. Needless to say - i've decided not to purchase their products after that.
