www.evadeblackb... A short example of a drill we use at my school to help develop defence and countering, I use random methods when coaching, here I wanted to share one of them. Many thanks to my student Lee Price
A fantastic drill, thank you for sharing. I use this one in my class as it is great for attacks and defence. Excellent video, nicely demonstrated. Thank you.
Osu Sensei! It reminded me of drills I've done with Eric Paulsen and Greg Nelson. Thank you for the reminder. Tonights class will be enhanced because of it. Arigato.
Hi, no sorry I don't my school is in greater manchester in the UK, thanks for checking the video out, I hope it was of some use to you. Best regards Dave
his legs are twice shoulder width apart,if he closes & tightens up his footwork. hed be real dangerous to go up against. it would give him 4x power. Great video, thanks for sharing this drill
I obviously don't know the 'kid' or their reasons for wanting to fight, however if they really want to fight then I would encourage them to join a local martial arts/boxing/wrestling school that can direct them positively and channel it constructively.
