I have found not eating too many high fodmaps foods in one day is significant in avoiding bloating, etc, having followed the low fodmap diet for 6 weeks.
If I get symptoms from reintroducing a food, how long do I need to wait to reintroduce the next food? example: if Garlic upsets my stomach on day 2, how many days would I need to wait to reset my system to start the Onion 3 day process? Thanks!
