Iv been watching her videos for a while now and what she is saying is very true speaking out of experience i tried moisturizing my hair using the loc and the lco method what it did it really lead to sever breakage my hair would coil and tangle more detangeling was a big problem as i would loss alot of hair in the process 😢 but i also tried just using oil and butter on my hair and the results where amazing...am gonna stick to the butter and oil method...it really works for me
I am glad you found what works for your hair but please don't keep insisting that water is dangerous for everyone's because that is a big lie. Water/conditioner works 100% for me
@@Sweety069 you can rebraid as often as you want during that period. Most people mistake the duration mentioned . It just means they keep it that way for the year while maintaining it

Thank you, I live in a humid climate will try not to wash my hair every week . When my hair gets dirty I need to wash it . With that being said is it permitted to at least wash it once per month and rebrand every 6-8 weeks?
How big or small are your braids? How often do you wash your hair now? If you already wash it once a month then try washing your hair in braids every two weeks and this goes for anyone else who has scalp issues. I'll upload a video maybe next week on how different people with different hair types can be accommodated in this method while still ensuring that we stick to the rules.
Hey when I rebraid at 8weeks, do I anoint with bitter, or just rake them down amd rebraid- since I would have applied the butteer the day before as part of maintenance?
It’s because the extension can cut your hair if you get synthetic hair. Even with human hair, the extensions take some of the moisture and also makes it harder to moisturize your own hair.
No. .first ingredient you'll see at the back of your leave-in conditioner is "aqua". Stay away from water and water based products and you'll be shocked how much your hair will flourish.
If you insist on moisture then I advise you use a tiny drop of glycerine every once in a long while then. Vegetable glycerine is better but even if it's not vegetable it's okay wethu. You will use it once in 2 weeks anyway. Don't forget to put a thick butter on your hair every other day.
