Foo Fighters perform a cover of The Beatles' 'Get Back' with Sir Paul McCartney, live at the 2021 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cleveland, Ohio.
Wow, I’m sure Grohl’s inner child is freaking the fuck out to literally be singing the words “get back” inches from Paul’s face, into the same mic as him.
@The_PurpleApple Dude, you can literally hear some notes that are out of tune when Paul goes harder (No judgement at all, he is 78 years old and slays it). Also, auto tune would have sounded exceptionally weird with 2 people singing into 1 microphone.
Paul has struggled with these single song performances for years! He needs 30 mins before his voice becomes loose enough that it actually sounds like Paul McCartney!
@@dogpd3 I'm sure there will be plenty of top level volunteers. Certainly Dave Grohl knows enough people around the rock world he'll know how to start looking. I would guess they'll probably postpone Foos dates for a couple months to allow time to find a replacement plus give them time to work into the band. Maybe Jason Bonham?
@@brandonkaiser8344 yeah what on earth are these people talking about, Foo Fighters are pretty much over, at least they should be. I would consider it irrespectful if they replaced Taylor. I think Dave being the old school rocker that he is will do as Led Zeppelin did when Bonham died. Band is over. They will most likely return at some point with another name, but only time will tell how and when, and maybe not all band members come back, who knows.
So touching for me to see this. My husband got tickets to see Paul in May. This was just a few months ago. Taylor died and I was shook. They live on in their music. Treasure it!
McCartney shook off the waver in his voice for this one. Nice to see - I've been so sad that McCartney lost his beautiful instrument. Lately it seems like he's getting it back.
So weird to see Paul without a guitar or a bass lol I don’t think I ever actually saw him performing live without playing anything. Also, INSANE how he was still hitting and sustaining those notes just TWO years ago. And people think he should retire from performing live??? Hell no. The lad still FLIPS WIGS.
Dave Nate romie pat and chris are not responsible for Taylor's death it was an accidental overdose of drugs he was probably drunk as hell when he did the drugs so don't put the blame on Dave Nate romie pat and chris
People saying Paul's voice sounds good? Sorry but nah, he sounds a bit dehydrated. I understand that his voice changed with age yeah, but he still needs some water.

I love and respect Paul to death but not only are his vocals autotuned, they're also a new vocal track in some spots. Compare it to audience recordings, distorted syllables are now clean and off notes are tuned. I know hall of fame does this often (bon jovi a few years ago was heavily reprocessed) but it's weird to hear it on Paul's voice
I wonder if Lennon would go up on stage and act as cheesy as Paul if he was still alive. I think he would do a piano tune or 2 but Paul is trying to act like a 20 year old and show the ladies he's still got his mojo. Its just embarrassing lol.
