Foo Fighters, with special guests Stevie Nicks and Haim, perform the Stevie Nicks/Tom Petty duet "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" at The Forum in Los Angeles on September 21, 2015.
The end of this seemed like it was spontaneous, like they were figuring it out as they went along, pure fucking genius. Stevie proving why she is still The Queen Of Rock And Roll.
I just love the irony of Dave sitting on the throne because he is the sweetest, coolest and most unpretentious genius musician ever. And what can I say about my female idol, Stevie Nicks!! And we so miss you Taylor. The Foo family are all sooo talented. Thanks for the music and joy!!
Well, I don't know where I have been; but, this is the first time seeing this. Stevie will always be my favorite female artist of all times and add the Foos; well, love, love them. History was made here folks.
I agree about Stevie Nicks, she is my favorite Female artist of all time. But you can't say that Madonna and Lady Gaga haven't had an impact on today's music for women. Janis Joplin, Heart, Stevie...
I have only just found this. Why have i never seen this before. I dont often see Dave interact with other singers like this. Like almost having a go at her back, which i get is what the song is about, but hes often got a smile on his face when singing with others. Im not complaining I love it. Maybe its because Stevie plays off of that energy on stage.
I've loved listening to Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty, many classical rock music artists back when I was 15 in the late 70's, 80's, etc. Still goin strong living on n will never fade, God bless rock music*
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3d-IEGNk6wg.html This is pretty close and I love this version as the chick is a LOT like an ex of mine who I would take back in a heartbeat. cheers.
You know who points to their eye a lot during this song? "babe you could never look me in the eyeyeyeyee!" pointing at eyeball over and over? Everyone except Tom Petty, that's who.
What kind of behaviour is this? Fucking daughters? How dare you? And how dare you place an iconic rock figure rear stage as is she were backing vocals?
