Finally someone who makes a meal prep video with 3 meals per day! I’ve seen so many with only 2
@lovelybylisa

Hi! Thank you so much for your comment and welcome to my channel, ☺where 3 meals is my regular! 😆haha I didn't realize that most people only prep 2. I'm a traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner person, but on occasion I do 4 meals, like adding a fresh-made salad daily

I know it's an accident because of all the vegetables but it's all the color , medium brown. So you buy egg whites? Is it cheaper than just cooking a pan of egg whites and cutting it into however many servings you need? The yellows of the egg whites used could have been halved into the whites for breakfast sandwiches and the other yellows cooked on that Oriental lunch. Egg yellows would be pretty authentic on Asian food.

Hi! Thanks for the comment and your feedback! I appreciate it! Sometimes I buy egg whites in a carton, but they are definitely more expensive than buying eggs. It's really a convenience thing! 😅

My only question is how it doesn't go bad after 3 days? I need some tips and tricks cuz I tried everything i can think of
@lovelybylisa
@lovelybylisa Год назад
Thank you so much for your comment and question! Safe food storage to protect against bacteria and food going bad has so much to do with the temperature food is stored at and the water content of the food itself. The USA FDA recommendation is below 40* F. I personally like to keep my refrigerator colder, and I have it set to 34-36* F, and I don't recommend storing meal prep for more than 4 days at that temp. Freezing prepared food gives it a lot longer life and mitigates the risk of spoiling/bacteria. Adding a link here for food storage tips, too! www.fda.gov/consumers/consumer-updates/are-you-storing-food-safely

Hi! Thanks for your comment and question! The temperature food is stored at has the biggest impact to the development of bacteria/mold and “going bad”. Have to keep it at very cold temps or frozen!

Hi how do you warm the pancakes/ sandwiches for breakfast.coz chia flax shouldn’t be heated
@lovelybylisa

Hi! Thank you so much for your comment and question. 😊 For this meal I believe I warmed the egg sandwich separately! May I ask why you think chia and flax shouldn’t be reheated?
@vigour09
@vigour09 10 месяцев назад
@@lovelybylisa thank you for your reply. Chia loose their nutritional benefits to heating. Same with flax- that’s why we do cold pressing to make into powder or for flax oil not to loose its nutritional value. I guess for both they have certain temperature limit I’m not sure how much

In Hindu households we need to cook fresh and a different recipe for every single meal!! We do not eat food xooked in the morning even the same evening.
