one Filipino guy did the same thing here in us then he said don't pay if the food is not good. but believe me it's really good!! and everyone love that guy!! well done!!
As a Canadian I have tried Phillippino cooking here But The first time i Landed in the Phillippines (Manila) and went out of the streets and had a friend tour me around and show me I have to say You will understand filipino cooking and culture if you take the time to watch people and understand them ....My first morning i was in Tondo and popped into a small place and had Champorado with Tuyo. People watching ..Vendors getting ready to open stalls The sun slowly coming up and getting humid out My next little trip into Pasig city and walk toward a wet market i seen a young man selling Taiho Very nice and sweet and filling A few hours later i was at Rizal park and Malate where i picked up some Halo Halo and walked the memorial baseball field The is where The Japanese had there last real stand ending the war in Phillippines ( People there had no idea of what took place there during ww2) That night was KTV and a patio roadside Drinking Red horse and eatting Sisig. Ocean wind, Warm friendly pinoy's talking with me. It's like eatting fish and chips on a hilltop looking over the english coast line. French bread and coffee on a small balcony with the Eiffel tower as a back drop ...Good food good people makes it even better
Ive watched so many street food vlogs and this is the only video ive watched where the cook talks and smiles with his customer. This is one proof that we Filipinos are one of the friendliest people youll meet!
These are the dishes I usually cook for my husband. He's an American and he likes them a lot especially the lumpia. He also likes ginisang munggo paired with daing na bangus. Filipino foods are really something to be proud of. Funny how he asked "Bayad na ba sya?" Haha!! 😃
Hahaah! Am married to an Indian and my son is born and raised Canadian. Sadly, both are not too crazy abt pinoy food (I thought it was just my cooking..but even the resto bought ones they also dont really like). BUT! They go ga-ga on tortang talong (who knew that wd be their first choice! Lol) and lumpiang shanghai. They also like halo-halo, jollibee fried chicken, and pinoy chicken curry. The rest, they just tolerate.
Yes, the Pinoys abroad are very enterprising. I live in Canada, and there are sooo many talented pinoy cooks who have teamed up in an FB Marketplace group to sell their goodies. Among my pinoy friends from way back home who has also immigrated here is a single mom who holds 2 jobs : one in the hospital and another as an events organizer. Pinoys here are ‘palaban’ to succeed..esp as the taxes are high and they mostly need to send money home. Its very impressive..and yet am sad that most are ashamed to be identified as a kababayan..as if acknowledging that fact they are pinoys too is something to be ashamed about. I take my time to interact and be with pinoys and speak the language with them as much as I can, but sometimes they themselves dont want to hang out together as it makes them look ‘bad’ and backward to be hanging in groups with each other as if they have not assimilated enough in the culture to only rely on one of their own for friendship. I wish were more proud of our nationality..I wish were more cohesive with each other as people like the Chinese and Indian communities.
That’s very strange I find most Filipinos are overly proud of being Filipino, they are now known as having toxic Pinoy pride, and foreigners know this so well that infact they move to the Philippines and make videos about their lives, giving over the top praise… this is called ‘Pinoy Baiting’ look it up. Yes Filipinos need to be more cohesive like the Indians and Chinese, these two in particular know how to help each other, whereas Filipinos have crab mentality and hate to see their own people succeed!
pan pan f. I doubt,,Because there are different kinds of reason why Most of the filipino are being friendly either You’re a Foreigner,Rich or it’s a job especially when at work. But only filipino knows what filipino are.Sad to say but that’s the truth.
Anyare? 🤔😒😞😧
Very nice to see Filipinos with their own business in London. Wishing you success ... "for my people's success is my success". God's abundant blessings be upon you all.
Very true! I really love their culture and everything. The people their are very nice. Very welcoming. I Had a very great vacation when I went in manila. I satyed there for 4 days and head straight to Boracay. I love the country. Greetings from California, Cavite
first customer= free coke=true pinoy always looking to serve whomever it is they are serving. That's a character thing and pinoys are loving caring people.
I tried many Filipino foods and they are so delicious, my friend is my Visayas region. They are also friendly and caring. Lovely People! God Bless Philippines.
God bless you guys. 😇
The guy who cooks the chicken said "we have some other trays, but we wont use those since we're avoiding too much to wash after" , yeah relatable. That is me in every occasion 😂
A good way to promote Filipino cuisine in the street. I miss the street foods in the Philippines. I'm Pinoy from Chicago and yes there's many Filipino restaurant here. This year Jollibee and seafood city opened and the line is so long.
Leather Lane, get off @ Farringdon tube stn. Turn right walk all the way to the end. that's the leather lane market. we or on the 1st stall at the right side. see you there! many thanx. bring friends para libre ka na:)
Im not sure if this is the stall that we've seen when we were in London. If so,the food was delicious. I just couldnt remember their faces. Anyway Filipino dish is surely delicious!
Proud Filipina here , Filipino food really tastes good and we are very proud of it ...just like our Kababayan working so hard for his family here in the Philippines...thank you for featuring them... God bless...♥️♥️♥️
The chef guy was very polite to the wife. He says “love” every time he asks something. Proud pinoy. Also you are very lucky because they have let you film them. I hope you have them a very good tip. The couple was very polite. Good people.
tama! A Pinoy will always love Pinoy Food no matter what (",)(,") Yung mga pintasero at pintaserang mga iyan, they don't simply enjoy the best Pinoy Foods that we have. I am a Filipina and no matter how many countries I have been through, I still miss eating Pinoy Food and even crave for them.
+Lourdes Abuso True that!I only lived in the Philippines til I was 12 but growing up in another country didn't stop me from missing Pinoy food!:)I'm craving some sisig right now;p
Kakaklokah!
Entrepreneurship is our nature as Pinoys. Keep it up mga kababayan! Ang tagumpay nyo ay tagumpay din namin. Si Cook, he reminds me of yung nag-viral noon na na cook ng Teppanyaki. Anyways... Mabuhay po kayo! Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! Iwagayway po natin and ating bandila 🇵🇭saan man tayo mapunta sa buong mundo. 🤙 God bless po...
the food looks really nice 😍😍😍 making me hungry 😭😭😭 tbh it looks good for a street food. the quality of the food could land on a good restaurant in the Philippines tbh.
just got 1 sub sir.. watching street food is my stress reliever so relaxing the sound of the cooking is so relaxing... by the way im from philippines... mabuhay!
There are times, am proud to be a FLIP and most of the times AM NOT, 100% in the U.S. especially in L.A. FLIPS are most, the most FBIs & always causing trouble & too judgmental....I hate to be around them but I love the food....
Wow so yummy and looks delicious thank you for your sharing Filipino recipes foods watching from Philippines I am fully support your channel maraming salamat po

Kaya sabi nga nila, when in rome act like the romans do.
