This is so interesting. I've done the quiz and found it quite hard as he's nearly 15 so tried thinking of his personality throughout his whole life...he came under as wood and weirdly he's recently started having problems with his liver with diarrhea, bad skin etc. I cook for him anyway. Have had some improvement changing his protein to chicken but will definitely try adding in the veggies it reccomends
