Foods to avoid while breastfeeding 

Why don’t you simply say that alcohol or coffee is bad for breastfeeding moms. This liberal approach not to offend anyone is terrible.

She doesn’t give answers straight forward. That’s annoying.

Many scholars have different opinions regarding taking alcohol before ,during pregnancy and after baby’s arrival. We all know the right and best thing to do when it comes to pregnancy and after birth. She has given her guidelines as a Registered Dietitian and not as a dictator.

Enlightening us? Everything she talked about was common sense. She didn’t answer the questions directly about coffee or chocolate…waste of 4 minutes.
