Hi Cysters! In this video, I cover some foods that can affect PCOS negatively like gluten! Speaking of...what are some of your favorite gluten free snacks?!

It's been just three days, I have removed gluten and dairy plus sugar from my diet. I wish I had known this before. It has literally changed my life completely. I was sleeping 15 hours a day and eating non-stop. But now all my cravings have gone and I just sleep at night and wake up fresh with no need to sleep anymore. I have tried to lose weight many times before but re gained most of it back. Because i used to feel hungry all the time and would binge eat a lot. But now I just have two meals a day and can fast for 16 to 17 hours without feeling hungry and I don't feel weak at all. It helped with brain fog as well

This information is so usefull!! I've been dairy free for a week now and my skin is already looking much better. I'm curious about how you and others cysters internalized all the habits changes, like, did you turned dairy, gluten free and realfooders all at once or how do you recommend to do it? Thank you for your work

The most difficult part for me was eliminating gluten because I didn’t really understand what it did to me, but once I cut it out, I felt less bloated! It was great, I am so happy that corn tortillas are gluten free because I love me some tacos 🌮 😊 Btw, the apple snack has changed my mid day snack solution so thank you!!!

All of the foods you've mentioned to avoid is my favorite especially cookies 😭 Thank you for giving an alternative sweets for it and I will start looking at the back of the packet for sugar content. Hopefully this will help me lessen my acne breakout and weight 💜

I hate it here! PCOS sucks!!!!! 😭😭😭😭 Been doing my research about this condition and I am in shock because of course doctors don't tell you the truth and everything behavior it! I refuse to take birth control and medication. I just started my diet, excersicing, got my Maca root, my ovasitol, etc. Still learning and get to know my body.... I feel guilty right now because I just ate a whole mango 😅😭😭😭😭 my cravings are the worse!!!

I can’t WAIT to try that snack! I love the idea of putting it in the core and also adding the nibs & cinnamon. I love being part of the Cysterhood and I’ve been Gf\df for a bit now because of you and Sirak! The biggest change recently I’ve made is switching to low impact workouts and I’m on week three of doing them. Thank you for all of the amazing information!!
