This yummy toddler smoothie method is simple to blend up and even easier to customize for breakfast or snack time.

(NOTE: first rinse blueberries & raspberries in fresh water to get rid of any possible pesticides &
soak the berries with
1 tablespoons vinegar/apple cider vinegar soak for 10-15 minutes then rinse again in water a couple of times & drain ))
1)BLUEBERRIES & RASPBERRIES SMOOTHIE🫐
- 4 blueberries
-4raspberries
-1/2 banana in a blender jar
-add very little oats/almond milk
-Place all of the ingredients of the smoothie into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
-Pour into a baby-friendly sippy cup/smoothie cup & enjoy a creamy & delicious vegan smoothie
PAPAYA & BANANA 🍌
-1/2 cup papaya pieces
-4 raspberries
-4 blueberries
-1/2 banana pieces
-very little almond milk
Place all of the ingredients of the smoothie into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
-Pour into a baby-friendly sippy cup/smoothie cup & enjoy a creamy & delicious vegan smoothie
Raisins & Cranberry Smoothie
-6 raisins soaked
-5 Cranberry soaked
-1/2 banana pieces
-1/2 cup papaya pieces
-very little Almond milk

-1 cup cut watermelon pieces
-Blend until smooth & strain
-Pour into a baby-friendly sippy cup/smoothie cup & enjoy
