ORANGE DOSA -Carrot 🥕
-1 ladle dosa batter without salt
-finger size fresh carrot
Method
-Boil carrot pieces until soft
Transfer into a blender, blend to a smooth puree set aside
-In a bowl take 1 ladle full of dosa batter mix 3-4 tbsp carrot puree mix well
-Heat a pan Ladle the batter onto the pan using about 1/4 cup for each dosa (like small pancakes)
Cook until the first side is dry on top spread butter flip & cook until the other side is slightly brown spread butter .
GREEN DOSA-PEAS, SPINCH, GREEN MOONG. 🫛
-1 ladle dosa batter
-1 tbsp green peas
-3 tbsp green moong soaked
-3 spinach leaves
-Boil green peas & moong till tender, before take it out add spinach leaves black for 1 minute
Remove spinach add to chutney grinder, then add green moong, peas let it cool, add little cooked water
-Blend to a smooth puree & set aside
-In a small bowl add 1 ladle dosa batter add green puree 2-3 tbsp mix it well
Heat a pan Ladle the batter onto the pan using about 1/4 cup for each dosa (like small pancakes)

RED DOSA-BEETROOT
-1 ladle dosa batter
-1/2 cup boiled beetroot
-Add to chutney grinder beet cooked little water blend to a smooth puree & set aside
-In a small bowl add 1 ladle dosa batter add red puree 2-3 tbsp mix it well
Heat a pan Ladle the batter onto the pan using about 1/4 cup for each dosa (like small pancakes)
Cook until the first side is dry on top spread butter flip & cook until the other side is slightly brown spread butter
