Hello Aunty jen, Few question: Have you started giving her cow milk now she is 1 year old? Did she started walking? Did she eat her whole meal I mean didn't she gets cranky while eating food? (Due to teething) Have you started give her salt and sugar as she is 1 yr old now?
1)No! 2)almost 3)No! We give her dal, boiled chicken, boiled prawns started give small pieces -We give roties & pancakes with carrot, spinach, pumpkin, sometimes rice ghee dal. No sugar, No salt.
