Climate control

Climate control for hot or cold days, the reason they made it shut off when you open the door is so that a car thief can’t just use a lock pick or break a window and drive off. Although I do agree that it is a bit counter intuitive.

U can change it in the settings where it does not shut off when u open the doors

Same issue with my wife’s GL550 .. I haven’t fixed it yet just found out it’s the mechanical pulley goes out .. and the safety system locks the door it’s weird .. I found one at a decent junkyard that was on a newer model

​@@kingakiel8697Someone who knows about these cars can easily fix this. My C class had the same issue. It took the guy literally 2 minutes to fix the issue. Worked at Mercedes for 20 years. Try to find a specialist who's self employed. There's plenty here in West Europe, idk about your area but i know they're hard to find in East Europe.
