Thanks man!!!!! I bought a '14 E350 Coupe yesterday and was told I couldn't install a regular remote starter in it. I told the salesman about this video and he couldn't believe it. He had his mercedes for a few years!

We can see only CA/US sets.. it will work with EU cars as well?

The option to change setting is only available for MB vehicles that has the Mid City new black box starter. If your vehicle has older remote starter or different brand remote starter or no remote starter at all the setting are not available. The remote starter setting are only available if your vehicle has the aftermarket remote starter installed that has the OEM integration option. if your vehicle does not have that starter you can purchase it here, just make sure to choose your vehicle option fro the list www.carsystemsinstallation.ca/product/mercedes-benz-remote-starter-2/

adrian mcintosh Wondering if you still had the 16 e400 was it the coupe model? if so did you put winter tires on and what size fit? i just bought the same car ordering this remote starter kit, have a similar kit installed in my audi...but need winter tires hoping to find a square setup but not sure which size works.

The remote starter feature is not built into your vehicle it is aftermarket system that integrate into your factory menu. Hi. For the setting to work your vehicle need to be equipped with the smart-key starter system, did you have one installed? This is not a factory built in feature but aftermarket add-on.
