Here everything is negotiable! But, it's not nearly a ruin, it needs a new roof, structural reinforcements, but it's not one to demolish. It's near Perugia and close to amenities, with water and electricity, nice land, great pool location and pool house potential which all counts as well. Here in Umbria a great ruin, so the location with a heap of rubble starts at around 100-150k, they go up to even 850k or more for volume, location and view. Also because you can't just buy a piece of land and build, there needs to be a pre-existing volume.

Our job is just to present properties and renovated them for those who like to own an original farmhouse here in Umbria.
