I find it crazy that a few years ago this was considered edited content for a main channel, now there are such talented people making crazy good stuff, by comparison.
I think I enjoyed this type of contest much better in this format than the main channel one because, seeing people Develop their strategies is really appealing but also, as someone who Hasn't played this game, it being more longform made it much easier to digest and figure out what exactly people were Doing
@@AJTower_ Yeah I know that. What I'm saying a 15 minute edited down narrative focused video, while entertaining, makes the actual Readability of the gameplay Hard To follow, whereas this longer highlights video makes it much easier to see how each player's strategy develops and their progressions
So I saw the WILDCARD video on Neon White having never heard of it in my life. I have now unlocked Ace medals on every level and have beaten the developer’s times for the first four and a half worlds. Thank you for showing me this game.
Yep, I learned about it from Alpharad Gold, I only have 4 more developer times to get, my absolute favorite one was mansion because I really had no clue what the route was, and slowly breaking down the level was so fun. Took me probably 5 hours of attempts/theorycrafting to finally get it.
He was at Ludwig's Fast50 event! He commentated over Jacob's smm2 super world alongside jacob and coney and he did a celeste speedrun race against parrot dash where parrot dash had crowd control on. check those out if you're starving for jo sniffy content
the fast 50 stream that got me into speedrunning neon white was the best intro to a game I've ever had, thank you Jacob for showing me a new joy in my life
I played the hell out of this game and I think it’s just crazy that there are even more speed techs than what I found, damn near 100% the game too! Super fun watch. :D
I frickin love the game, it's like an fps trackmania and i love both those things I still need to do the 2 hell rushes to play thru the entire game in 1 go
1:30 actually the fastest you can normally move is slightly above the water in the air, as you gain the speed buff of the water without the friction of being on the ground. Devs have confirmed this.
I started watching this video before deciding to play the game before I watch the rest. Completed mission 4 and came back here only to realize I didn't know the techs you were talking about like slashing your bomb. After taking what I've learned from this video I managed to get red on all the levels in mission once and even beat your bounce time, currently rank 7132 on it
This game got put on Xbox Game Pass and I was skeptical about how I was gonna feel about it. Countless hours of getting gifts and at least Aceing the levels later, I’m hooked.
for fast paced games like this wouldn't it be better to upload in 4k for the better bitrate? you move so fast everything get so blurry because of youtube compression otherwise
