I would like to see a 24 valve 5.9 into a 6.0 ford automatic wiring harness

Im doing 5.9 24 valve in 08 F350 with6.4 I have everything working except throttle pedal the truck has an automatic transmission so i needs to integrate both 5.9 and the ford factory pedal to work. I would like to wire them to one assembly. And advice would be great.

I've got an 08 6.4 I'm planning on 6.7 Cummins swap and swapping the auto 5r110 out for a zf6 would you have to swap the pcm to a manual one

How do you wire up the relay for the sensor power ?

Is removing ECM security required for that harness to run the 6.7. Link to discuss ecm work?

I'm putting a 12 valve in a 2008 6.4 I'm using the stock automatic for transmission...I'd like to see a diagram for the wiring buddy...I cant get it to start by using the key...it will only start if I cross it at the starter...and it wont shift at all it goes strait to 2nd is all

You still doing harnesses? I'm in the middle of a 6.0 psd into an 08 6.4. Juggling a couple of ideas. So far it's set up to have the 6.4 do the shifting, 4x4, a/c and fuel pump w/inertia switch. Also retained map, maf and coolant temp sensors for easy cluster readings and shifting. Running an 05 6.0 pcm (iat sensor in place of maf plug thats dummy plugged off style)... have you done one? Also what works better in your opinion, 6.0 or 6.4 pcm doing the shifting? I've got the 05 tcm harness fully intact.

What do you charge for tuning the 07.5 6.7 ecm? Is it a flash file with a single tune?

Do you know if the wiring from 6.7 to 05 is roughly the same? I’m swapping an 05 common rail into my 6.4 now.

So glad I came across this very informative video. Was going to send mine off but I think I'll do it myself. I will be putting an 05 common rail into my 08 f250 using the stock transmission. Does the 5.9 differ much from the 6.7? Diagrams and schematics are gonna be handy

for the aftermarket relay for the fuel pump can you give me the pinout for the 4 pins at the relay in your video around 13 minutes into you show the 4 wires and according to your engine controller pin out its unclear of which wire goes to which pin on relay i am using a 4 pin 40/amp potter brumfield relay and assuming i know how to wire relays for aftermarket products but again unclear how to wire this into the fuel pump harness ive got pin 85 86 30 and 87 thank you

I installed a 2017 6.7 cumins diesel on my 2008 ford F350 I removed the 3rd engine from the truck, I have the original wiring from the cumins along with the pcm everything worked on my ford and I will like to have the cumins done with engine break cruise control and everything working as good as it was i left the ford transmission and ford alternator it is a automatic transmission stock from my truck i love this duly but the 6.4 didn’t work as fine as my 7.3 power stroke that i had so i need your help on the wiring in this truck with my 2017 6.7 cumins

I can’t understand it why you want to keep those connectors on the ford wiring if you putting a Cummings where you going to connect them

I have swapped in a 12v cummins with a spicer 7spd manual in to a 08 super dutty that was automatic I am getting a flashing red lock on the dash and motor will no crank over The plug you showed at the top to bypass the glow plug moduale can bus was done Is there another one i need to do somewhere? On the trans connector maybe? Any help greatly apriciated

Very very good video I am retired and trying to build fummins, 2010 F250 Cabelas Crewcab 6.4L 5R110 and th donor is a 2006 2500 5.9L Common Rail Cummins. I do want all electronics to work, AC, cruise, towhaul ect. I have the Swap Helper and Cruise Helper but don't have to use them if not needed. Would like all steering wheel functions. Ford alternator and 96dodge new AC compressor. How can I get hold of you for this info and PCM tuning and PATS Lockout? If I put something in here I should have I'm sorry ahead, I'm 62 and don't quite get the dos and don'ts. Thank Nelson

I live in a state with annual emissions testing. Is there a way to keep the truck legal? I know that the 09-15 f650s had the same 6.7 Cummins in them from the factory. Do you use the factory dpf and egr or can you use the ones from the donor truck?
