I need to say this. I have a 2012 focus se that would go from lazy crank to fast crank and not start. I searched everything I could find on this car and nothing told me what the actual problem was. I did all the tests 5:21 . Fire. Air. Compression and fuel all checked out and still would not start. As it was cranking I could hear a slight squeaking noise. So I started investigating further and found out that my ac pump was seized solid. Because of this the motor couldn’t reach its full rotational value needed to start. The belt was severely chewed up from all the cranking over a seized compressor so I just cut it off and away it went. Fired right up. Two days for wrenching on it swapping parts. Trouble shooting. And that’s what caused me all the head ache.

2016 Fusion Titanium cranks but no start. Permanent P0012 code. Replaced both camshaft sensors, both VVT solenoids, changed oil, new spark plugs and I hear buzzing from back when car is turned on. Another code was Fuel system closed due to insufficient engine temperature. Please help

Hi guys I change the thermostat and fuel filter but I didn't primed the fuel filter. And now the car won't start. It cranks but don't start. And left without battery as well. Is a ford focus 2013 1.6 tdci

My 2018 Ford Focus 1.0L 3 cylinder with Turbo-direct injected: Cranks no start, ignition coils and fuel injectors pcm pulse present, spray carb cleaner into intake no start still, scanner says Cam & Ckp in sync while cranking, low fuel 80psi, High Press pump 1500 psi while cranking, Immo n keys data and theft all say Allowing the Start no issues there, all fuses good, no codes in any module-- ( so everything seems to be saying it should start-but still no start--did check No Diesel in fuel ) A Big puzzle , i gave up, sent to dealer will see what they find :)

Any update? I have the exact same issue. Cam PS sensor and Crabk PS and car just turns over. I’m pulling my hair out over this

I have the same car with same issue. It crank but doesn't start. I am getting sparks, the sending unit is at 20psi according to mechanic, he also suggest replacing fuel pump because of the low pressure, however, I believed the high pressure unit is what accommodate the rest to bring it up to 50psi into the rail...ive already changed the little sensor on the fuel rail... my question is what else could it be??
