For the people that say it only works for phone calls, Once you get the phone connected ask the assistant "play audio" and then it should switch from phone calls your phone audio.
Hi, hmmm try deleting ford sync from your phone and reconnecting. Also you can try disconnecting the battery for few minutes and then reconnect as that could reset the system. Same thing with radio fuses, try to remove and reinsert
Thank you, it helped me a lot, just one thing, could you tell me how to turn off the radio completely? because it drains my battery and the time on the top screen never turns off.
You're most welcome. Well you can either pull out the radio fuse or disconnect the radio completely if you thing it is faulty and draining battery. Before doing that I would do passive battery drain test and test the battery itself just to be sure what is happening
Is there a way to automatically connect without having to use the voice recognition? Everyone I want to connect to Bluetooth I have to use the voice connection thing.
When i click the phone button, it says "NO PHONE", and the radio menu seems to be stuck on "satellite entertainment" and i cant figure out how to turn it off
Hmmm that's strange. I would try to disconnect the battery for 10 min and see if that resets it. You can also try to remove the SYNC fuse and reinstall it. If nothing fixes it then you might have to take it to Ford dealer to update the SYNC software
mine must be broken as it just says no phone when you push that button and turning the dial doesn't scroll through any options and instead just reverts back to what it was doing before you pushed the button.
Hmmm try to disconnect it and again reconnect and try making a phone call to see if it works then. If not disconnect the battery for 15 min and try then. Also try removing the sync / radio fuse and reinstall and try then. If not working still you might need a software update
Hola buen video , una pregunta tengo un ford fusion 2012 se pero no le encuentro nada de como conectar mi teléfono precioso el boton del icono del teléfono y no pasa nada.
What do you mean it don't even work for connecting to my phone at all like I search for devices on my phone and it doesn't show Ford sync anywhere and when I click the phone button on my control panel on the car it says no Bluetooth device and it doesn't say would you like to pair there's no way to go into options for pairing
Try resetting the Ford SYNC by disconnecting the battery and then try again. If it doesn't help remove radio fuses and reinsert and try again. If that doesn't work then you might need a ford sync update
Try to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and see if that resets it. If not then try to remove SYNC fuse and reinsert and see if that resets it. Sync Fuse is Fuse #13.
@@QuiteAlright Are the fuses numbered? Also, where is this fuse located? One more thing, my AUX port and USB port aren't working either. Whenever I press the AUX button it says "No Aux".
@@ALiLSpiderr Fuse is in a small fuse box under the steering wheel and there will be a small diagram on fuse box cover and in your owner's manual. SYNC is responsible for all problems you are having and this "reset" could fix it for you. If not you might need a software update from Ford dealer
