@@Eratosthenes0815 . Ah . Understand . This White car is a Genuine RACE car . Not road registered . In English GT-40 means : Gran Turismo and the 40 is because the Car is only 40 inches high at the Roof line . 102 cm . I have no idea WHERE this was shot . A dealership somewhere by the looks of it .

(I mady my (Lotus-) car being sub 40" by the way, just to top the GT-40... :D ) BUT: The car in the video still has a GT license plate and was driven on public roads. So I still want to know if it's placed somewhere around GT (==Gütersloh) to have a look at it.

Suhel Sheth you grammar sucks. Learn the difference between then and than. Also, work on your comprehension. Mr. Clarkson had a 2005 version. The one in the video, is a 1965 or 66 GT 40 Le Mans car. It did kick Ferrari’s ass back then and once again in 2016.

Suhel Sheth you still don’t get it. The GT40 dominated Le Mans for 3 consecutive years. That car, was built, to beat Ferrari and it did. So Enzo had to take the beatings for 3 years. This was over 50 years ago. Ford did build another Ferrari killer in 2016. The Ford GT. It won Le Mans again 50 years to the date. The new version, is highly sought after and respected in the super car world. The car in this video is a multi million dollar car. It’s pedigree is up there with any Ferrari race car. The new version is considered a pure street race car. Ford built it to show the world, that they can build a super car if they want to. Nobody said that Ferrari’s suck. Just that ford did beat Ferrari at Le Mans 4 times.
@@dr69296 what ford did well in F1 ... I can't remember any and when people talk of V12 most people think Lamborgini and ferrari so the GT40 has a V8 ... and ... Mercedes-Benz has a V8 Bi-turbo ... I just hate the hype about ford's there always a car better then a Ford FACT
