just some footage from over the past few years ive put together of the ford mark 2 escort, powered by the millington diamond series engines , hope you enjoy, all good feedback welcome.
Outstanding. As an Escort driver myself (sadly not Millington-powered) this videos is superbly shot and edited and a real motivator to keep trying to find the money to keep on going!
I watch this vid for inspiration to keep going, the pure sound, entertainment, and camaraderie, is what the sport is all about, everything else is a game..👍
Sum fuckin quick ezzys their an good driving too ker on TRUCKiN lads foot hard to the floor keep in TRUCKiN lads ✌️😉✌️🚀🚀🚀🚀like the escorts 🚀🚀🚀sum good music off them engines pure 👉💪🙉💪👈🇬🇧
Fantastic video but why do Millington powered escorts have an exhaust crackle missing from the earlier BD engines? After all these are NA engines with no fire breathing turbo.
I know, I can't figure it either. In fact, Im gonna go ahead & put the most unpopular opinion out there by saying they don't sound as good to my ears. All the raspy popping & farting from the exhaust is so loud that it drowns out the superb induction note that used to be the hallmark of an Escort rally car heading straight at you.
Which the best ? Millington 2 series or fully builded Duratec with 2,6 or 2,7 L stroker kit, Chrome -Moly steel Crank, Ultra-Lite Billet Rods, Ultra -Lite Domed Pistons, Nitrided Steel, napier,& low tension rings.
Is Millington any more reliable/unreliable as Cosworth? Coming from a Toyota background and having seen far too many issues with Cosworth, I'm looking for an objective response.
