Well, Good luck to those who are buying Ford Ranger with 2.0 Si-Turbo/Bi-Turbo. My Father has replaced 2 new engine wait almost 6 months and it is imported from Thailand. Everyday scold SDAC Ford Helpline kinda useless they all say wait for email after that still decided to change the engine. They don't want to recall the cars.. since the problems came out. SDAC give the solution to us is Extended Warranty 3 Years for Engine & Transmission. My Father Ford Ranger XLT+ Si-Turbo has changed Pedal, Alternator, 2 Units new engine (1st-time coolant has mixed with engine oil, 2nd time now fuel pump problem), Car Battery, 4 Pcs of Fuel Injector, Sync software update.
There is a dirty little secret from Ford Dealership The Dealership takes your parts from car and transfer it to another car then slap u up with expensive cost. Happened to 2012 Focus and 2010 Captiva
I have the same cehical and the same issue gears do not change accordingly and reverse gear there is a lag also when in drive mode the gears get stuck and gave it in to ford over the weekend to be told it's the gearbox transmission valve with low fluid take it back to for if under warranty best of luck
I have wildtrak and it's a great truck, for all cars happens the unfortunate things. I am sure it's not serious. I love my ranger and much more fun than hilux and others.
@@captainkaveh1 i already update the latest one and facing jerking problem ...my frenz even update the software still got the gearbox problem...but it ok coz still under warranty..
See? I don’t believe others convincing me this is a best truck, same happened to 2012 Focus, in parts replacement, theyll use the customer’s car as a donor and charge you expensively Learnt our lesson never to buy American brand.

Menyesal Saya beli ranger wildtrak, sebab turbo enjin problem saya jumpa mekanik luar dia kata tak boleh baiki, terpaksa saya tukar hilux, memang brand ford kualiti agak mengecewakan
X semua workshop ble buat tu bos ..klu inanam 768 sna ble bikin w/trak masuk f55/dmax tebo/f44/f46 ..tebo bnyk varian ble bikin ..sy pun pki w/trak tp ganti tebo F55 Sdh ..tubo asal mahal bru x power 😂

Sya pun pakai wildtrak 2.0 tahun 2019. dah 6bln . Alhamdulillah so far okay lagi, ye tngok dlm group fb bnyak yg kondem gk model engine ni.. Tngok rezeki juga kan, sya on dlu sistem baru on engine, kereta zaman skrng bnyak sistem kan.. xmcm dlu2 lasak sikit..
Alam Bakar harap oke tuan...tp benda ni xdela sybckp semua bermasalah...tgk kepada rezeki juga...tp terbaru dorang ada buat recall untuk update software tcm n pcm xsilap...sebab nk reducekan isu skrg ni ...tp ford ni mmg terbaik n selesa...
