@@iyerzzzzz get a stick or pvc pipe about 12-18inches long and drill a hole in the middle big enough for a rope to go through the hole. Get some plate weights or anything with weight....water filled jug will work. Tie the rope to the weight and tie other end of rope to the stick. The rope length should be long enough to reach the floor. Now hole end of stick with both hands, 1 on each side of the rope, and twist the stick until the weight is all the way up...then lower back to ground...then reverse grips and repeat.

My late grandfather taught me this exercise. He used to call it "Danda parate". If you be consistant with it you will become near unbeatable in arm wrestling and grappling. Yeh pahalwano ki exercise hai. A hidden gem❤. Only veterens can know this. May Allah grant my Grandfather Jannah.

Hammer curls, movement of fucntion : Flexion at the elbow joint, muscles which do flexion at the elbow joint are Biceps brachii & brachoradialis it DOES NOT WORK THE TRICEP. The movement you see in the tricep is due to its antagonist behavior in a curl, triceps primary fucntion is extension at the elbow aka tricep pull downs etc. hence a hammer curl is NOT A FULL ARM EXERCISE.

Let me just explain it to you that even if you take steroids you still have to do a lot of workout with dedication. No injection can make you a hulk. Years of hard work may take you to the next step and there's no shortcut in bodybuilding. You have no choice but to do workout and stay on a strict diet even if you have the jetpack of super powerful medicines. Especially to you... stop being an attention seeker by mere words. Achieve something get the attention you deserve. Like all these hardworking body builders.
Wrong. Steroids seperate the average from the great. if you take drugs and don't workout, you will still put on more muscle than someone who is natty and works out. It's science, multiple studies have proven so.
