Don't they understand the system is broken and that this system of education is simply not working?

The real problem are the test. Blacks should not by law have to follow their system for education. We need more black elementary schools and we need our own system, Theirs is corrupted. I personally would donate 1,000,000 towards not just schools but our own educational system that the government has to recognize, where blacks would not have to be scrutinized in that fashion It's time to MARCH one more time for the power to educate oneself.
