If a professing christian said the Holy Spirit told him it was ok to sleep with his girlfriend before marriage, then it would be clear he really didn't hear from the Holy Spirit. Also, while a christian may deal with same sex attraction as a temptation, he or she would not "identify" as a "g-y christian". That "old self" is dead if the person is truly born again.

If he claims to be gay he absolutely is not a saved christian

Christians can certainly be oppressed by the Satanic spirit of homosexuality. It is not very practical to think a high up Satanist would become a christian and immediately not have any issues.
