The damage to the Alien franchise has already been done since Alien 3.....Alien Covenant was the latest movie so far and that made it all even worse....I hope Romulus is good but then again the bar for a "good Alien" movie is so low at this point...I dont even know how Disney could mess up Alien even more

@@DiamondDead Yes exactly. The Alien "franchise" is like Star Wars now, in that it has more bad films than good ones. Best we can hope for with Romulus is an average part remake film with lots of best bits from the past movies. And having seen the trailer its exactly what it looks like. I dont really care in the original creature is in it and somehow survived to start this one off...its a stretch for that and looks like its going to be the only new / old idea in it.....

i THINK/Hope Alien will be ok, Lucasfilm is the hive of these freaks, the filming space is full of a lot more sophisticated people from all walks of life who yeah, will of course let stupid shit into a movie but nowhere near as bad as KK and her underlings.
