Yes you are correct. Fort Lauderdale becomes more dangerous as Miami becomes more expensive because a lot of people from Miami moved into Fort Lauderdale. However, Fort Lauderdale is becoming more expensive and it won't be long before those people in Fort Lauderdale have to move further north.
@@nevrrcared1600 doesn't surprise me. All of South Florida is being taken over from high end developers and pushing people further north. Orlando is full of South FL people which probably explains their high crime.
They only kept certain families there. everybody moved out west. my Hometown. I grew up in Sistrunk Gardens. I think the development is good. My Hood though.
