FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO USE THIS SHARE CODE FOR THE NORMAL 98 SUPRA AND NOT THE WELCOME PACK SUPRA USE THIS SHARE CODE: 112 554 926 It was just brought to my attention that I made this tune for the welcome pack supra and people with the normal supra cannot download it so be sure to use this code instead if that applies to you. Also, Something I forgot to mention in the video is to make sure you heat up your tires with a burnout before each run you do. Cold tires will have you spinning if you try launching without the burnout.
Haven't tested on the WP but i did a 225.22 with the regular one just need Biggest rear rim Street oil/cooling Aftermarket bumpers all around I know it sounds dumb as you usually dont want to add weight but it works I tune for the launch and top end mostly i was just experimenting lol oh and i dont know if you remember me
I'll definitely have to try that! This was kind of a tune I put together at launch and haven't touched it since but I know it can definitely get faster. I might mess with it again and see what I can do with it. And I don't remember you well haha my memory is terrible so you'll have to remind me.
Omg... I honestly didn't even know the welcome pack was a part of the premium add ons thing I'm sorry I thought the welcome pack was given for free to anyone who purchased the game🤦♂️ I just went right now and rutuned the car for the 98 Supra after seeing this comment so if you would like to use the tune here's the share code! 112 554 926 Again, So sorry that I didn't realize this when making this video.
You will need to hold the e brake then while still holding the e brake hold the gas then you need to hold the shift key right after you see the needle jump up after pressing the gas. You should be holding 3 keys if you did it right then let go of the e brake and clutch and you should launch at the higher rpm. Assuming you're on default keyboard binds it should be Space bar then W key and as soon as the needle jumps up you'll hold the shift key which is your clutch. Let me know if this helps!
Are you warming up the tires and using advanced launch control?? The tune works fine if you do everything correct. The whole comment section would be full of complaints if it didn't work correctly.
Make sure you have all assist off and heat up your tires before each run as well as making sure you're using manual with clutch. Those are just the main things I know that may cause the car to not wheelie but if you've done all of that I'm not exactly sure why it wouldn't work. The only thing I think that could help at that point is to lengthen your 1st gear until it wheelies like it should.
@@Ozjoker420. I can only think of a few off the top rn but the 68' dodge dart, Porsche 959, toyota trueno, skyline gts-r are all pretty fast rwd cars when tuned good. Some of those are faster than others,
@@TunedByZelo I'll give them a go.. my tuning is still a bit rough, but I'm doing ok.. I don't seem to come up against people who have decent tunes or use advanced LC or if layout 9 configured properly is an even better choice for freeroam drag? You win some you lose some!
@@Ozjoker420. Yea man you just gotta practice when it comes to tuning. I used to not know what I was doing at all but with practice I've gotten better over the years. I'm still don't consider myself the best tuner but my tunes do pretty good against the competition. And btw, I wouldn't recommend using layout 9 for freeroam. From what I know that only improves your times in the rivals races.
This tune does 224 with a proper launch for sure. All of the runs in the video were pretty bad but mainly to show it beating other cars that are considered fast.
Some proof would be good of 224mph for rwd, also if you're a bit further back you will get a faster trap speed.. I'm hitting 222mph with AWD from basicallythe same spot he launches from. I need to work more on my rwd tuning.
Thank you! And unfortunately I don't. Since I'm unable to do the same launch you see here in the actual drag strip race it just spins or doesn't give an accurate time compared to normal online freeroam races.
