Jill, I know Floppy does not want to upset you. Poor boy, is he progressing at all? I am so sorry for him. Would a doggie door allow for him to go out at will? I would be worried that if one dog toilets in the house then the others you have may follow suit.
I think he just doesn't see its a problem. He is much better than he was at first, but not trustworthy yet. I've never found the others copy, tho that's an interesting question 🤔

Hi I’m about to foster / adopt the lovely Kiki tomorrow . I’m a walker for greyhounds. After walking her I think she is the most docile dog I’ve ever met ! Do you think this will change Jill ? Love Ruth🐾
Congratulations! Quite possibly - most do change in some way or other, as the home environment is so different to kennels. Depends why she is docile atm
Is Floppy peeing or marking? Perhaps he’s feeling dominated so his chosen spots are just for him as there are no other hormones getting in the way? Every time my daughter’s dog visits, my hound always has to pee over the area where the Husky just peed. I realise all dogs do this, but it is their way of saying “I was here” & I think my hound is telling the husky “it’s my garden” 😊
