My son and daughter used to hide cigarettes and joints (definitely not the elbow or knee type either) on the top of the door trim thinking that I wouldn't think to look up as well. They learned fast that I was one step ahead of them, and by the time my youngest son got to that stage and thought he was slick and got his tail feathers lit up. Under the dog bowl was another interesting spot, and I always went through a new to me car. You wouldn't believe the stuff I've found in the vents, under the dome light, under ashtrays, etc, etc. I suggest that anyone who buys a used car to go through it like you're examining a crime scene. I'm sure that there are a bunch more odd places, but it's 3am and I'm putting too much strain on my poor lil brain cell, he's keeping me awake because he won't shut up 🐌~~~~~~~~

I tore apart a love seat and found $400 in an old tobacco tin that was screwed down using banding. The man had died and we bought the love seat at a house auction. We used the couch for about 6 yrs before we got a new one and I tore the old one apart to get rid of it cuz it was broken. Wish I knew it was there before we bought the new furniture.
