Mr. Tiny Timmons is looking fine as hell today ! ! ! If I was in Texas, I'd demand that he must come with the tiny house if I buy one ! ! ! I bet his significant other is one happy camper ! ! ! He's so masculine, stylish as hell too, and is carries himself as highly intelligent individual. My God, Can we all get over this world crisis so I go Boy Scouting again. I L Y M T T ! ! !

I would use the upstairs for my sleeping and make the bottom bedroom a huge walk in closet. Lol. Make my office in the flex room.

I was thinking about the flex room downstairs is a walk-in closet since it has doors on it and there's two walls you could put lots of racks and shoe racks on in my opinion and then still have that table there for your doing your bills working from home and then if you had a big family come down then you can make it into a bed I personally could not climb up the stairs and stoop down to the bed so I have to have a regular bedroom but use that flex room for closet space also you know still and have it against the two other walls and you still have room for your Murphy bed to come down

I wish there was a way to put a tv on the wall in the master bedroom between the closet door and the door to the kitchen. Over all I love it.

The San Juan is a beauty Mike. Truly well thought out. The "flex" room doubling as an office/extra bedroom with built in Murphy bed is awesome. 12x32 is an excellent tiny home size and for $78,000 is not bad at all!

I love that you showed a mattress in the bedroom. It makes it much easier to imagine the set up. This is an awesome floorplan. I wonder if you can have one customized?

I really love this one. So much space for a tiny tiny home. I see so much potential in this one that I could do inside and make it my special home. This would be perfect for my family of 4, Me, my mom, 2 kids! I love it, I could do it with twin or full beds, plenty of space, good amount of storage, though the refrigerator with the double doors could be reduced to a single door, for a small, tall, pantry, the entry with that style desk could be different or without for more floor space or one of the rv fireplaces

This would be perfect to put my office/art studio/library in the open loft area, put my walk in closet in the back private loft, put my mancave miniworkshop in thr front lower bedroom and then have my bedroom.

This is my favorite so far. a few things I'd change is probably making the flex or master bedroom into a side by side laundry room along with storage maybe or a closet. Where the stacking washer and dryer are originally, Id want it to be a pantry maybe. One thing I'd also like to add is an entryway that jutts out into a porch. Part of the inner house, but a step down from the rest of the floor. Keeps dirty shoes from getting all over . Kinda like what u would see in Asian households

Living in a small space now, but I would love to transition to something like this, built ins and off the floor/go vertical are my maxims now, so live and learn, from when I first started this journey. I love everything you do, always waiting for your next gorgeous home, it's like Christmas, New Years and the Fourth of July!

I love everything about this model except for one thing, the bathroom needs a bathtub. As a family unit where kids are concerned even a small bathtub would be acceptable. It would be nice to have more closet space as well, maybe turning the washer dryer area into an area for only a combo washer dryer with the above space being a closet. I also wonder if the cabinets in the above loft could contain a small closet?

I realy, really like this model!! However, as a single I don't need the full sized appliances. An appartment sized stainless steel refrigerator combined with a microwave/oven combo with just an induction cooktop that has 3 "Burners" will suite me just fine. Then I will have even MORE space. Oh yeah, just 1 loft in the back is all I need. The rest of the moochers can go to a motel.

I like the idea of a loft, but would absolutely want the ceilings tall enough for a 5’6” person to stand up in. I wouldn’t want to have to squat in the lofts, because I would want that to be livable space for all.

Thats exactly the changes i would request to be made, the loft have 10 foot ceilings, tgen you can add a giant master bedroom up stairs.

@Lex R but the downstairs bedroom can’t be more than 7’, so I’m thinking the upstairs loft is about 3’8” at the low side and 4’3” in the middle? Those steps were very steep, and there weren’t many of them, so the downstairs may have been as low as 6’4” which would feel weird for anyone over 5’8”, as they couldn’t swing their arms upward at all. If this was a home that could stay stationary or be stick built, then by all means increase the ceilings and make it 15’ wide, with a huge front and side deck. I’d put an exterior door in the bathroom if it could be wider, because if you had that many folks over they would have to spend more time outside. Lol. If this was near a pole building, I’d rather the inside be more livable for two, and put a loft and bathroom in the pole building for guests.

Great layout, putting alot in a little space, I couldn't do the downstairs master, too small, a 2 bedroom out of this would make living area bigger too, 1 big loft too. I guess someone with many chillins could make it work. Thank you Mr. Tiny ❤

This to me is a vacation rental, not a long term stay. It's meant to pack alot of folks in a little space. Maybe someone wants an Airbnb on a private lake. This is it.

There's another video with a different version of the San Juan with a single loft and bigger bedroom, but I prefer this one. The lofts would be bedrooms for my daughter and me, while the bonus room would be my art studio and the master a music studio!

I like it but I would like an a frame roof. So that I can stand up in the loft. Also I would want closets doors to be sliding doors. One sink deep, smaller fridge for more counter space.

I guess a lot of viewers don't understand what a tiny house is and why someone would live in one. This company offers many sizes and styles of homes in addition to this and the company offers various design/decor options. If you don't like this one, go check out others. This one really isn't intended for a large family, at least not over an extended period of time, at least I couldn't put up with a crowd. This might be okay for a cottage or cabin for occasional use or a retirement home with just day visitors. If you have a lot of kids, I suggest you explore alternatives. And don't have any more kids.
