However, damage to the company's reputation might not sit well with their stockholders. And damage to the reputation/trustworthiness of FoxNews and their flagship program hosts could cause them viewship and sponsors. So, Dominion and Smartmatic might not get $4 Billion in actual + punitive damages, but this lawsuit might still cost Fox Corp that much in the long run.
