If you follow the cobblestone roads, they’ll lead you to one of the city’s most charming waterfront neighborhoods. Home to more than 100 shops and restaurants, Fells Point has been a longstanding hotspot for tourism. But according to new crime data from the Baltimore City Police Department, it’s also becoming a hotspot for crime.
