I have noticed that the Holy Spirit is mostly overlooked. If not for the Holy Spirit we would not be convicted of our Sin, and couldn't learn or be Comforted. The Holy Spirit is Worthy of our Praise and Gratitude. I know in my life I am so thankful The Holy Spirit dwells inside of me. I have a long way to grow but I know The Holy Spirit will guide me.,

He’s my bestie 😁🕊 I I talk to him throughout the day. I Thank Him for being so wonderful- even when He convicts and me , and gently corrects and guides me. I often ask him to let me see a situation through HIS eyes. It’s amazing how he shows me the truth of a situation. Example, I had an argument with my husband and he showed me that I had been seeing the situation all wrong-I apologized once I saw the error in my ways. Another time my husband was wrong but the Lord reminded me that blessed are the peacemakers! And that the issue wasn’t even about me but some thing my husband was dealing with from a issue as a child. I have a wonderful marriage but I doubt I would be married without the Holy Spirit🕊Also, I love that I never feel lonely because he’s always with me😁🕊

I thank the Holy Spirit in every prayer. He is my gift from Jesus and my direct line for spiritual information.

From what I have experienced and witness. People have distorted the Holy Spirit like they have distorted the word of God. In these last days we need to be on our knees and in the word of God and ask Him if what our leaders, teachers, pastors are saying and teaching truth. That is my prayers for all the people that I know. There is so much untruth inside the church today. May God have mercy on us all.

I really think this passage in Galatians goe's really well with what you're talking about! Galatians 5:6b "The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love." The faith that pleases God is when we believe the right thing about him, and out of our revelation of who He is, we express it in our everyday life through love for Him.

I'm only 2 minutes in and he says "and you saw him walking on water" referring to Jesus and how incredible, unbelievable and exciting it would be to have him sitting next to Him in flesh probably compared to the Holy Spirit in which we can't see in flesh and he says it in kind of way as if the holy spirit is hard to be excited about in comparison to Christ. Well don't forget that the dove over Christ's head when being baptized was a representation of the Holy Spirit and it wasn't just because Jesus was God (even though he is) that he was able to walk on water but it was because he was filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus lived his life to be a representation of man. A representation of all of us and besides being completely sinless, a representation of what we should all strive towards and also the available tools that we should all be seeking to become more like him.

How do we combat western Christian autonomy? I feel as though we seem to strive for ultimate autonomy, making it hard to have unity. For instance people get in the leadership positions thus making it someone else's job to reach other's, I would love to have a job with a church campuses that gives me freedom to work in the body, but I'm forced to stay at my current job only meeting with others twice a month.

I believe that the disunity in the church is due to the fact that nobody is testing the spirit to find out whether or not it is from God. We should have unity in the body from beginning to end and the Spirit transformed and then did miracles through the apostles and others, many of the things displayed today by some Churches we're not present and may or may not be"Holy Spirit". Francis says your nature must be changed and then some of these places we don't see change natures but display or form of power without the substance which we were warned about in Scripture

Even in Acts 19th chapter there were some disciples who had only been baptized unto repentance of John’s Baptism and they had to-get re-Baptized in Yehoshua HaMashiach/ Jesus Christ’s Name I know you will probably say what of Romans 10:9 but look again Kirk, Paul was writing to the saints in Rome reread that first chapter, he verify this truth. Paul was just reassuring the saints that GOD will not just cast them aside if they sin, but if they confess that sin and Believe that Christ shed Blood is SOOO POWERFUL that it will wash them clean of that sin stain . And they shall be saved. Saved from the wrath of GOD which comes upon His children who have disobeyed. Holy Spirit can't change us unless we submit to be changed. His main role is recall us to the Word, and in order to be recalled to the Word, we need to read the Bible, He too testify the Word. The Holy Spirit is God. God is Spirit. He is unseen. Only in Christ is God seen in his fullness. We knew God in part through the Law. We knew his Justice and could see in the rituals of the law a shadow of his Grace but we couldn’t see the fullness of God. In Christ we see the Justice of God, his hatred for sin, his love for us, his Mercy of his Kindness, Grace, and faithfulness to send his fullness. He poured out his fullness in Christ. Before Christ we had no power to overcome sin. We were under the law and under his wrath. Sin was held back by the Fear of God. Yes the Spirit of Fear is only the beginning of Wisdom. But Christ is the Wisdom of God. Through Christ we see God’s heart, yes we see his Spirit, who God really is. Father, Son and Spirit are God. You can’t separate them. If it was possible for the father to stand before you alone without the son and spirit he wouldn’t be God. If it was possible for the Son to stand before you alone without the Father and Spirit he wouldn’t be God. If it was possible for the spirit to stand before you alone without the father or the Son he wouldn’t be God. To know the heart of The father is to know God. To know the heart of the Son is to know God. To know the heart of the father and son is to know the Spirit of God. Way down deep inside, who they really are you’ll the Spirit of God. God himself comes to live with us, council us, help us. Yes the Spirit of the Father and Son comes alive in us. We are born of the Spirit. We are born again. We once didn’t know God, but know we know him. He dwells in us. When we love the Father the Spirit of the son is alive in us. When we love the Son the Spirit of the Father is alive in us. Jesus was sent by the Father and came that we may know God and love God. When we know the heart of the Father we see his love for the Son and through the testimony of his heart a spirit of Love for the Son comes alive in us. When we know the heart of the Son we see his love for the Father and through the testimony of his heart a spirit of Love for the Father comes alive in us. This is why Jesus came that we may have life with them. That we may fellowship with them. That we may know and love them in Spirit and Truth.

Read Acts 8:12-17, and be Baptized in the Holy Ghost, then read 1John 2:27, and let Him lead you, NOT men. When God showed me that 39+ years ago when He delivered me from booze, drugs, women & rock, He turned my world upside down. God doesn't say to strive for the fruit of the Spirit, that would be adding to scripture. The fruit a product of right living by the Holy Spirit. Good tree produces good fruit, not strives to produce good fruit.

Jesus convicts me of forgiveness, not judgment and the Holy Spirit helps me forgive because I don't have the truth to do it myself. The prodigal son has made up a world of lies. These include fear, sin, punishment and evil. Love replaces them. 1 John 4:18. "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love."

If you don't have the Holy Spirit, you don't have God. It's His fruit that justifies you to God, not what you produce on your own. _"But the fruit of the _*_Spirit_*_ is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control"_ . Notice in Galatians 5:22 it doesn't say the fruit of the Christian. It's Gods fruit born through you. Any schlep can be kind or experience joy. That's not what Paul is talking about here. It's when God Himself is expressing His love, joy, kindness.... that it's fruit!

Kirk!! I love you and Francis and this is a great discussion. But! You haven't went deep enough into the Gospel, or you would know the Holy Spirit just as the disciples experienced Jesus when He was with them on earth. You believe in the Way of the Master Gospel and that is great, but it's only 1/3 of the Gospel. That is the repentance part. Jesus tells the Gospel to Nicodemus and then Peter tells the Gospel in Acts 2:38. Baptism into Jesus washes away your sins and cleans your conscience. In 1 Peter 3:20-21, tell me what the symbol is and look closely? (Baptism is never referred to as a symbol in the NT.) And in the book of Acts there is always a sign that you received the Holy Spirit. (Cornelius, Paul & the 12 disciples at Ephesus, Acts 2, Philip and Simon the sorcerer). You must question everything that you've accepted as truth if you want to find the narrow path. Why was He called Jesus? Because He will set His people free from their sins (The angel to Joseph.) The Holy Spirit is to directs us to the Bible Gods word and truths. The Holy Spirit never speaks anything that is not from the Bible. Read Ezekiel 36:26-27.

Mike Gendron has a God glorifying testimony of how the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit led him out of the Roman Catholic system and their false gospel that gives no one of assurance of salvation in Christ Jesus alone and along with their system of idol worship. To say you have the Holy Spirit plus endorse the lies of Roman catholicism as the truth, that is just plain evil. I am an atheist and do not see any evidence for any of this guys claims. Sorry. I have not heard Gods voice. I was a Christian until I was 40 years old and God never spoke to me. I finally couldn't take it and went to school and learned about evolution, philosophy, logic, etc. and then realized that I had believed a whole world view without any evidence. Now I live an evidence-based life and not a faith-based one.

They Holy Spirit is God. Jesus is God .he who has seen me has seen the father. The holy spirit is not doing different things than the father operating separating separate from the father. The Bible says if we ask anything in Jesus name the father hears us. We have God With Us the Holy Spirit. what did Jesus say ?We will come and make our abode with you. That's why there's no need to have visitations to heaven such as Bob Jones talk about because we have God with us and in us. Where two or more gathered in his name Iam in the midst of them .there's no need to go to heaven to see Jesus we have God With Us. the Holy Spirit . that's why these false prophets that say they visited Heaven need to be exposed as false prophets.
