Me! The first 45 I ever got was a Christmas present from my folks. Big girls don’t cry. I was 8. Looking back, they probably thought it was a life lesson for kids. lol.
It is incredible how he has preserved his peculiar voice for all these years and remains active and productive. There is no way not to admire this fabulous performer.
I hope the reply was really from you.I live in a south ga town called Americus and I'm sure you probably haven't heard of it. I have been a huge fan forever. You are one of a kind
@@DJ-bj8ku I'm a sound engineer and my professional opinion would be that he hasn't sung live for a very long time. My mum is a huge fan so I've seen her watch RU-vid vids of his performances from various years and I don't think he's sung live for at least 15 years. I'm certainly not hating on him, just hoping to answer your question.
@@karlfrederick3615 I haven’t heard him sing either and I thought it was too good to be true when I heard it. I think he’s deaf too so that would be another impediment. The question is, why do it? It’s fraudulent. He does look great though.
HOW DARE FRANKIE LOOK SO FANTASTIC AND SOUND SO GOOD ... IN HIS 80's !!! Damn Italians, it's centuries of olive oil, great skin, great hair, great looks and great talent. I tell you it's just not fair. Love you Frankie and have for well over 50 yrs. I'm still pissed off you look younger than me and I'm 68. lol :o)
Thanks for being a fan!! I just wanna appreciate you in particular for being a fan and you should keep supporting me it brings me so much joy that I'm able to put smiles on your faces and hearts.
@@rosarioreside3327 My Mom always had the radio on when I was growing up so I knew all the songs of the 4 Seasons. I'm now 71 and they are STILL my favorite East Coast band. Frankie is a living legend. :o)
To the person who said Frankie looks more like Al Pacino as he gets older, i have to reply that Frankie looks a zillion times better than Al looks these days. Unfortunately Al is approx .81. He got fat, somehing happened to his looks , i guess hes just not aging well. Frankie is older and he may not be exactly what he used to be, but he sure is more attractive and handsome than Al is looking lately. I feel sorry for Al to change so radically. Hes still a wonderful actor. I hope he never reads this.

Hello dear!! I have seen your wonderful comment on my public channel, am so happy and impressed with your support on my career all this years Where are you from?
LOL... he's lip syncing! This has nothing to do with taking care of his voice... you're hearing a recording that was made (and autotuned) nearly well over a decade ago. Look up other performances of the same song and you'll hear it... it's a track.
@@squilliamfancyson2870 He isn't, this version is very different from the original track and the subsequent recording. You can hear major differences especially in the keyboard improvs.
@@Selvikus everything except the vocal is new. Though whether it was live here oir not is another thing. Looks like a multitrack with a Final Cut Pro type video of the performers adding their parts
Terrific!! Frankie's voice isn't quite as strong as it was but it is still distinctive...one of a kind. He's still nailing the pitch and the smooth phasing. Keep on rockin', Frankie V.
I grew up listening to the Four Seasons! Now so many years later Frankie Valli is still just as dynamic a singer as he was in the 60s! What an amazing talent incredible for a man of 87 years to be performing at this level! Thank you Frankie Valli for a lifetime of the best music ever made!
Has been mine since I was 12 years old and have been fortunate enough to take four generations to attend his concerts. My mother, myself, wife and kids, and now my grandchildren who have all enjoyed his music.
I so much appreciate the love, time and affection you have dedicated to my career all this years and I want to use this opportunity to appreciate you in person. Where are you watching from?
Saw him and the Four Seasons at Manchester Arena 6 years ago. Blew me away, not a single bum note. Great show and they even sang The Night from their Motown days.
LOVE THIS GROUP VERY MUCH IT TAKES ME BACK TO THE 60'S. I JUST GOT MY TICKET TO SEE THEM IN SAN JOSE I AM SO EXCITED I CAN HARDLY WAIT. SEE YOU IN DECEMBER FRANKIE VALLI.
Frankie V is a National Treasure with his ageless looks and voice! This is what you call genuine God given talent! Thank you for sharing your blessings it’s us! So much appreciated! ❤️🙏🏻🕊️

Frankie Valli, you are an Angel among us, walking the earth... that voice. My God. I am humbled. Wow. What are you 90 something? and you still can sing this in the original key? Beyond mindblowing. God Love You, Frankie and the Fours. -Jesus Oldman... (yeah, that's my name now, long story)
57 years later, this song still sounds wonderful, and so do Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Shows how original and ahead of their time they were in their heyday, and how well they've kept up their talent over the decades. Thanks for bringing them back!
@@quiteright623 And the voice of "Silver Star", "Helicon", "Down the hall", "The New York Street song", And "Long ago". To name a few other FOUR SEASONS tracks.

You are so very fortunate to have such wonderful parents. This era will never be repeated in my or your lifetime. Enjoy until the end of your life. The best and last years of talented people. Be safe and enjoy life.
@@Aitor_Calo this one done this yr, I haven't seen anything new by him & 4 seasons for awhile of the hits. Just the same ones with old mixes all i've seen

I have loved Frankie Valli and his music since I was 10. I'm not almost 60. Yeah that's a long forking time. This is man is amazing. All of his songs are amazing.
Incredible, Frankie. You're in a stellar class with Elvis, Sinatra & Toms Jones! God bless. Met you many years ago at (local hole in the wall) This is that Room on Summer Ave, Newark. I was singing. You stopped in to see brother, Bobby. We were good friends at the time. Fell in love with your voice at age 12 when I first heard Sherry. Still my fav. God bless.
What a great story and glad you shared it. I discovered Valli’s work in 1972 but remembering hearing the 4 Seasons back in the 60’s as a very young child. He is my all time favorite singer and I have taken four generations of my family to see him in concert. I have taken my mother, my wife and kids and the last few years being blessed to take my grandkids.

It would be an honour just to hold his hand and say "Hello, sir, thank you for the love that you have shown all of your fans over all of these years." God Bless you, Frankie. 🤟

I can't believe he is 87. Looks great and still sounds great! I would listen to his gold double album over and over when I was a teenager. His songs trigger beautiful memories.

The entire world has been blessed by the best voice in the world. My first daughter was named Sherry. Even though she is gone i still listen to "Sherry" every day. Long live FV4S.
I saw him in Jacksonville, FL about 3 years ago. He was indescribable! That concert was unquestionably the very best I have ever attended. He was to be here last week, but it has been postponed until next year. I first saw him in college back in 1969, and I am desperately hoping to see him again next year.
I miss him with his performances with the Modern Gentlemen but he will always be a hero for me , I’m 73 and have followed him from his beginning before the Four Seasons . No-one will ever compete with his voice 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️🇬🇧
Wow he sounds great and I always loved this song. My high school sweet heart loved this song also now she is in heaven. Thank you Frankie for the great memories your songs have gave me through the years amazing.
