I learned by chance, frankincense can stop a panic attack with just a couple whiffs from the bottle. I have my mom carry a small bottle with her for this. Absolutely! I use the cold diffuser, I put a few drops on areas of my body, I burn the organic resin on my charcoal, I use this in some of my homemade body and face creams. It does have a masculine smell, but do add a mixture of other essential oils. 😊💞
I have a ganglion cyst on side of my knee size of an small egg was told by someone to rub two drops of frankincense oil on the cyst 2-3 times a day and rub it in. I started Friday and today Monday it is already over half gone you can barely see it now hope this helps someone else also.

It was probably the rubbing that caused it to go away, or ya know the fact that ganglion cysts usually do go away on their own. My daughter had one on her wrist when she was a toddler and it went away all by itself.

Perla Martinez we use this oil/the solid Frankincense in Orthodox church.. in a coffee ceremony etc..I grow up in a house whixh smells amazing as it is very cheap back home and traditionally culturally and religiously we use this every day. I have so many questions on essential oils and how they work . But I'll ask two big ones . If I apply this oil topically to different areas on my body , does it do different things in a way ? Like if I apply this to my temples and scalp for a relaxing massage , vs. on my wrist and neck and chest , will I get different benefits depending on where its applied ? Hi Christopher, Frankincense definitely works on the areas you apply it to. Because it is super concentrated and penetrating it will get absorbed into the blood stream and circulate around the body, giving many beneficial effects. But it will have the strongest effect where you apply it. So application is important. It's very beneficial to inhale Frankincense, or apply it topically where needed in a good carrier oil.
Your talk sounds good and enticing. I have used Basil oil for somatic-psychical issues with no result, though, and wonder whether it can replace supportive and good relationships, proper health care for the origin of disease, and Heavy metal-toxicity. Yes, be very careful when applying essential oils around the eye area. You are not supposed to ever put essential oils in your eyes. You can apply it above or below the eyes. Do you have any advice on purchasing an atomizer vs. an ultrasonic diffuser? Both do not use heat to diffuse EOs into the air. Also I was reading that citrus EOs should not be used with plastic, but the atomizer you are suggesting looks to be made of plastic. Any comments or advice? Thanks.
