The officer did not deprive her of any rights. She clearly filmed a sign that says no filming allowed inside the dentention center and that includes the whole building. Since she had no business there the officer asked her to leave. No way can she sue or even think she will collect money

There is a town called bowling green in Kentucky who needs a first amendment auditor! I saw a civilians rights being violated and the civilian just gave up his ID and credentials and all he was doing was preaching the word of God in a public park, I am going to any auditors in kentucky who are willing to investigate the town of bowling green police dept.

I live in this town right down the road from this jail. This town is terrible at honoring public service as just that, public service. They all act like a gang. A special group. A click. Better than other people types. They run the town any way they see fit and they all run it very crooked.
