Bjr, j'ai rencontré un vraiment bon dans ce domaine. Ludovic Trapet Jkdprotection. L'homme, la passion, la justesse, la pédagogie adaptée, la performance, l'échange, l'efficacité, l humilité. Une rencontre d'exception, merci Ludo. Sportivement.
ist good to know , and have some kind idea how you can reacts on one of those moments .. But on reality punches came in realy fast, eve you don't know where they coming from?? I gues the best you can do is control you nerves first.. no getting into panica attac..
So much respect. I haven't been able to train with Bertrand yet, but Mastro is excellent, as are his instructors (a few are in this video). Videos are just a finite sample of the actual training, and keeping in mind that most people don't learn at full speed, the criticism of "why are the students standing still" is from people who have not likely ever trained at any sport. You have to get the context, movement, and technique down before you can speed up the process for reality. Martial art for COMBAT is like sex in this way: if you suck at it, doing it faster does NOT make it better and will NOT get you the win.
Does it work without combining attacks? In that case they combine offense and defense, but in a street attack with an addict, strong and fast? If he has a knife, how to do it? The opponent will be attentive, how to do?
Im in love with this defense systém. My live is better with these. Is safe for ewery one Who teach it. Ttreaining & building youre self frame kombat..thank u big guys&werry thanks to youre,MR.FRED!U ALL MOUST
The one thing I don't agree with is the moving out to catch a kick, that is where the speed and force of the kick is going to be the highest and do the most damage. I, personally, would just move in and then do the same thing he did, sweep the leg.
Bill M in thai boxing, stepping off to the side takes away the power of the roundhouse. stepping off means he can't do damage, try it! ..I teach a catch and throw technique similar to the setup of the one in video
I must admit that I don't have any means to try this method, however I'm not saying you are wrong, it just doesn't make sense to me. If the kicker followed through with the kick, wouldn't moving to the side just delay the time it would take for the kick to hit you? Again, I don't have the means to try any techniques out, but it just doesn't make sense to me. Cheers!
Well as the round house is thrown, his momentum only takes him so far, one step to the side takes the momentum off and makes the kick easier to catch. ...without the step the kick would be full force and hurt on impact...physics really
Aurash Habibi Oh, ok i see now, that makes sense, you are reducing the power of the kick to make a counter attack easier. I guess its just up to the defender whether he/she wants to step to the side to catch, or move in to counter attack. Cheers!
It is look very good but what to do if someone more than 120 kg and wants to attack you really and does not want to be passive when you do something)))
Can anyone out there prove to me with justification, that this is not system a blended with krav manga, and maybe some wing chun? On another note, I would love to see these guys and dk yoo out of Korea spar with each other.
@@01-nguyenminhuc45 I have no problem to fight them, but they are too far, anyway when a self defense system have choreography instead of sparring its doesn't work in a real scenario
