Not only do I adore you both but in addition to that, Andy you are a brilliant film maker! Rick Steves has a production team and crew, but your imagery and music beds are genius. Kirstie singing American Pie heartwarming.
Lovely video, as always. Such a treat to see Gavin & Luke aka Cruise Monkeys. With Bolette being a former HAL ship, I was surprised to see that HAL kept the washroom/bathroom toilet configuration the same in their new ships. Many passengers comment how awkward it can be. We'll be on the Koningsdam in Feb./24 and watched your series on her to Alaska (also a great video series) and now starting to watch this series, it appears that HAL mirrored some features from their previous ships. Thanks for always bringing great content.
Max just said , “Wow he has a fair beard hasn’t he”, guess we haven’t caught up on vlogs for a while 😂.Bet they opened the roof because of the BBQ smoke. I have “American Pie’ stuck in my head now 😅. Max is singing “the day the music dies “ behind me in the kitchen now .
I have just returned from a 10night Spain and Portugal cruise on P&O Ventura, it was my 4th cruise, loved it, it's a great way to holiday and see some of the world at the same time, can definitely understand why you cruise a lot, wish you more happy cruises, best wishes from an avid fan x
Great video as per usual Andy. That sail into Amsterdam is fantastic. Did it last year on P&O Ventura and loved it. On our cruise we did the same overnight. Red Light in the evening then the next day explored Amsterdam and found it to be a beautiful city. Look forward to next week.
Lovely vlog Andy bet it was a real eye opener 😂🙀😂 it was nice to see the cruise monkeys 🐒 🙈 🙊 with you did they show you both how to drink 🤣🤣🤣 thank-you for sharing your holiday take care you 2 👋
Hi Kirstie & Andy, Great video of your cruise into and around Amsterdam, busy place ! Looks very nice ship ,especially the wide prom deck , How do prices compare with P& O? Looking forward to next video .
Thanks! The prices are pretty reasonable, especially considering there are a lot less passengers onboard. The ship felt calmer and quieter, with more intimate venues. Much nicer than the noisy, crowded areas of the big, modern ships.
@@andyandkirstie Thanks for info, Will give Fred Olsen a look ,see which itinerary they do . Yes we are finding the new large ships a step too far !! With noise/ echoing venues due to their size , 🤔
Hey, there are trams running up and down past the port and there always seem to be bus shuttles nearby. Don't know about stops though. Sure there are as it's very close to the railway station.
